Tequila SunriseThe Tequila Sunrise cocktail is a classic. The grenadine adds a fine sweetness to the orange juice and tequila and becomes more prominent as you sip your way to the bottom of the glass. The drink was first served in Cancun and Acapulco in the 50's to welcome tourists but after a brief appearence in the 70's disco era, it was quickly forgotten. Still one of our favorite classic cocktails. Serve it at your next 50's sock hop to welcome your guests to your home!Ingredients: 4 ounces orange juice
2 ounces tequila 1/2 ounces grenadine orange slice for garnish maraschino cherry for garnish Directions: Pour the tequila and the orange juice into a highball glass with
ice cubes.
