Blue Cheese Dip with ChivesIngredients:
Directions: In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix together the blue cheese,
mayonnaise, and sour cream. Stir in the chives and a few grinds of pepper. Taste and adjust
the seasoning. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
Dip Do-Ahead
This dip can be prepared up to 3 days in advance. Cover and refrigerate.
Remove from the refrigerator 45 minutes before serving. Serve the dip at room temperature.
