Halloween Tablescape

Decorate your tables with ghastly black and pumpkin orange. Start out by draping your cocktail station table and your buffet table with cobweb tablecloths.

Buffet Table

On your buffet table add a haunted candle holder in the center towards the back of the table. Use orange glitter taper candles, 2ct for the candle holders.

On both sides of the candle holder display the realistic crows - 2 piece set. and scatter small pumpkin candles on the table.

Set out some boo plates, napkins, and silverware. Put the appetizers on black and orange platters and bowls, add them to your buffet table. Place the appetizer tags next to the appropriate appetizer and and your tablescape is complete.

Tip

Stick the wooden skewers into the food (brownie bites, philly steak sandwiches, etc.) to help them stand up.

Cocktail Station

You will need vodka, blue curacao, simple syrup, grapefruit juice and champagne to make the black batini cocktail. You can make up enough for your guests when they walk in the door however since you will be mingling you will want to set the liquor on the cocktail table with the black batini recipe so your guests can help themselves throughout the night. You can either use the recipe card I made or you can make your own. If you are using my recipe card then you will need halloween bottle labels from grandinroad (a fun new website I found for halloween decorations).

Set out blackberries in a bowl and the blackberries and mint for garnish. Use two vases, empty liquor bottles or wine bottles and add some halloween bottle labels, orange flowers (bought from grocery store) or orange ostrich feathers and the recipe card in one of them. The other one set next to the assorted soda, beer and ice in a plastic kettle- Black (16").

Set out a shot glass, a poison martini shaker, extra martini glasses, water glasses and a pitcher of water with orange slices and ice floating in it. The cocktail station is complete and looks wonderful.

Party Favors

Once I found these yummy carmel apples bites I could not resist giving them as party favors. Place 6 carmel apple bites on a plate and wrap them up with saran wrap making sure you do not crush the bites. Add a orange or black ribbon and send them home with your guests at the end of the night.
